Larrupin Potato Pancakes
4 large potatoes, quartered
Salt & pepper
1-2 T. Larrupin mustard-dill sauce (or your favorite mustard)
1 large onion, sliced thin
2 T. butter
Boil the potatoes until done, and mash with the skin on. Add salt and pepper.
